Why Davetimo instead of another platform?+

How are WhatsApp messages sent?+
Davetimo uses Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure. Sent, delivered, and read status for every message lands on your dashboard in real time. This isn't a wa.me/web "send and hope" workaround — it's enterprise delivery infrastructure. Guests unreachable via WhatsApp automatically fall back to SMS.
What is SMS fallback and how does it work?+
If a guest's WhatsApp is inactive or their number isn't registered on WhatsApp, the invitation is automatically delivered via SMS instead. This way, no invitation is marked delivered without actually reaching the guest. SMS delivery is deducted from your message credits.
What happens if I run out of message credits?+

How do message credits work for an Event Invitation?+
The first invitation message is deducted from your message credits. If your guest's reply conversation starts within 24 hours, that conversation doesn't require additional credits; if a new message is sent after the 24-hour window closes, a credit is used again.
What are your refund terms?+
Under Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, due to the nature of digital services, the right to a refund is limited for packages that have already been used (messages sent). For details, see our Delivery and Refunds page.
How is payment security ensured?+
Our payment infrastructure is iyzico (3D Secure, PCI-DSS certified). Your card details are never stored on Davetimo servers — they're processed in iyzico's secure environment. Visa and Mastercard are supported, along with installment options where available.
Do you issue corporate invoices?+
Yes. After payment, you can send your invoice request to hello@davetimo.com ; our team will issue it manually as soon as possible. Automatic e-invoice integration is coming soon.
